Qatar will allow a visa-free entry for citizens of 80 countries, including Lebanon, a statement by the Qatari Embassy in Beirut quoted Qatari officials as announcing.

“As of today, the citizens of those 80 countries wishing to visit Qatar will not have to apply for a visa,” the statement said.

Lebanese national do not require prior visa arrangements and can obtain a vosa waiver upon arrival in Qatar. The waiver will be valid for 30 days from the date of issuance and entitled its holder to stand up to 30 days in Qatar, during either a single trip or on multiple tips. This waiver can be extended for a further 30 days.
