In line with Qatar National Vision 2030 and its development strategy, Qatar Postal Services Company (Qatar Post) is seeking to become the most advanced postal service company in the 21st century through automation and digital technology, as well as enhancing its service portfolio and customer experience and raising the efficiency of its human resources and organizational capabilities.
Qatar Post’s efforts during the coming period will focus on the establishment of the new headquarters and sorting center, and the completion of the application of the latest postal technology systems to improve the company’s performance, and the launch of the new website, mobile application and performance analysis system.
In addition, the position of the Turkish market would be developed and improved, and there would be an increase in the number of products offered, as well as the volume of e-government transactions and delivery service to customers. Moreover, self-service machines would be distributed to other branches, focusing more on providing delivery solutions and benefit from the pilot model applied in Carrefour.
