Kuala lumpur: The Asian Football Confederation (AFC)'s acclaimed Knowledge Sharing Programme (KSP) kicked off its 17th edition on Monday. Launched in January 2024, on the heels of the AFC Internship Programme, the KSP aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skill set required to become the future leaders of Asian football.
According to Qatar News Agency, taking place from November 24 to December 5, the KSP provides training under industry experts and first-hand experience in administration at the continental level. It fosters a culture of continuous enhancement in the capabilities of the AFC's Member Associations (MAs) and Regional Associations (RAs), thereby underlining its vision of being the world's leading Confederation.
The programme is open to all employees of the AFC's MAs and RAs. Moreover, the AFC Academic Centre of Excellence (ACE) Valedictorians will also have the opportunity to be part of the programme. This initiative is part of AFC's commitment to developing a robust leadership pipeline that will drive the future of football in Asia.
