Tehran, SANA-A Syrian media delegation discussed with Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Muhammad Mahdi Ismaili the standing cooperation between Syria and Iran, especially in the media domain.

Minister Ismaili underlined the importance of enhancing media cooperation, especially during the current phase, given the misleading Western media attack that the two countries are facing, in order to confront it and put world public opinion on the truth of what is going on.

Ismaili called for exchanging media experiences between Syria and Iran to serve the two countries’ common vision regarding issues of common interest.

In turn, members of the Syrian delegation stressed the necessity of activating and strengthening cooperation between the two countries, particularly in the media field, to confront Western misinformation campaigns and uncover the methods of its media that falsifies facts in Syria and Iran.
