Beirut: The overall number of casualties from the Israeli relentless armed aggression against Lebanon since March has risen to 4,350 deaths and 12,310 injuries thus far.

According to Qatar News Agency, this toll came following the killing of more people in new offensives in southern Lebanon, the Public Health Emergency Operations Center of Lebanon's Ministry of Public Health said in a statement.

Lebanon and Israel signed a US-brokered framework deal last June that contemplated security arrangements and the redeployment of the Lebanese military to the south, as well as reconstruction and economic recovery measures. However, the broad terms of the agreement have not been enforced thus far.
