Gaza: The death toll from Israeli occupation attacks across central Gaza reached 21 after a series of airstrikes targeted Gaza City, Deir al-Balah, and Al-Nuseirat.
According to Qatar News Agency, Palestinian medical sources reported that 21 individuals were killed in the airstrikes. Nine of the deceased were taken to Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, four to Al-Awda Hospital in Al-Nuseirat, and eight to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah.
Additionally, one person sustained injuries from Israeli army fire in Khan Younis amidst heavy tank shelling south of the city.
Earlier reports from Gaza's Ministry of Health confirmed the overall death toll since the start of the Israeli offensive on 7 October 2023 is 69,733, with 170,863 people injured. Some victims remain trapped under rubble, making it difficult for rescue teams to reach them.
