West Ham have signed midfielder James Ward-Prowse on a four-year contract, coming from Southampton, the premier league club announced on its official website.
The 28-year-old is West Hams second summer signing, after Mexico's midfielder Edson Alvarez.
The England international told West Ham's website that he was buzzing to join the team, pledging further hard work for the team.
David Moyes' men kicked off their Premier League campaign with a 1-1 draw against Bournemouth ahead of a high-octane home game against Chelsea on Sunday.
