UAE Declares Official Mourning After Passing of Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani

Uae: The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has declared four days of official mourning and ordered flags to be flown at half-mast nationwide and at all its embassies and diplomatic missions abroad following the passing of the late HH the Father Amir of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani.

According to Qatar News Agency, in a statement on Sunday, the Presidential Court announced that the mourning period would begin Sunday and continue through Wednesday. The Court prayed to Allah Almighty to bestow his boundless mercy upon the late HH the Father Amir and grant him a place in Paradise.
