Doha: The Amiri Diwan announces that funeral prayers for the late HH the Father Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani will be held on Sunday, July 12, after Maghrib prayer at Imam Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahhab Mosque in Doha. The burial will be in the Lusail Cemetery.

According to Qatar News Agency, HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani will receive condolences from mourners, including heads of state, members of the ruling family, dignitaries, and citizens, at Al-Lusail Palace. The condolences will be received on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, July 13, 14, and 15, 2026. The timings for offering condolences are from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM and after Asr prayer until Isha prayer.
