The signing ceremony for joint statement to establish diplomatic relations between the State of Qatar and the Republic of Madagascar took place on the sidelines of the 76th Session of the UN General Assembly in New York.
HE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi signed the joint statement on behalf of the government of the State of Qatar, while signing on behalf of the government of the Republic of Madagascar was HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Madagascar Patrick Rajoelina.
