Real Estate Trading Exceeds QAR 411 Million Last Week

Doha: The volume of real estate trading in sale contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice from August 23-27 reached QAR 351,804,441. Meanwhile, the total sales contracts for residential units in the Real Estate Bulletin for the same period amounted to QAR 59,382,006.

According to Qatar News Agency, the weekly bulletin issued by the Department shows that the list of real estate properties traded for sale included vacant land, residences, residential buildings, commercial shops, and residential units. Sales were concentrated in the municipalities of Al Rayyan, Doha, Al Wakrah, Umm Salal, Al Daayen, Al Khor, Al Thakhira, Al Shamal, and Al-Shahaniya. Additionally, areas such as Lusail 69, The Pearl, Al Wukair, Al Kharaej, Al Gharafa, and Al Meshaf also saw significant trading activity.

The volume of real estate transactions in sales contracts registered with the Ministry's Real Estate Registration Department between August 16-20 reached over QAR 371, highlighting a consistent level of activity in the sector over recent weeks.
