Doha: Qatar Research, Innovation, and Development (QRDI) Council has successfully concluded its 10th Corporate Innovation Leaders Program (CILP), held in collaboration with Alchemist Accelerator, at Education City Golf Club. Featuring a diverse group of corporate leaders, including executives, strategists, and innovators, the comprehensive four-day training event is designed to provide participants with the essential tools and strategies needed to drive business growth and encourage innovation.
According to Qatar News Agency, Senior RDI Program Director at QRDI Council Aysha Abdulhameed Al Mudahka stated, "The Corporate Innovation Leaders Program Training aims to equip leaders with the capability to create meaningful change within their organizations," as well as supporting Qatar's innovation economy. Through interactive workshops and collaborative discussions, the program covered core themes such as understanding the fundamentals of innovation, identifying and prioritizing high-value opportunities, and applying strategic frameworks to build an innovative culture and team within an organization.
The program also featured expert-led sessions delivered by Stephanie Melodia and Alistair Croll. Through the QRDI Council's Corporate Innovation Leaders Program, participants benefit from direct access to QRDI Council's innovation tools and frameworks, case studies on corporate innovation processes, and insights into key initiatives such as QOI.
The program concludes with the design of each participant's first innovation experiment. QRDI Council has effectively collaborated with 37 Large Local Enterprises (LLEs) in Qatar on this national program, directly advancing the Qatar National Vision 2030 by strengthening human capital and creating a competitive, knowledge-based private sector.
