Qatar Insurance Companys net profits increased by 16 percent in the first nine months of this year, reaching QR 517.727 million riyals, compared to QR 446.294 million riyals for the same period last year. The financial statements issued by the company, and published on the Qatar Stock Exchange website today, showed that earnings per share amounted to 0.118 riyals in the period ending on Sep. 30, compared to earnings per share of 0.096 riyals for the same period last year.
