Gaza: Several Palestinians have been wounded in Israeli occupation strikes and gunfire across the Gaza Strip, according to medical sources.
According to Qatar News Agency, a Palestinian was seriously injured when an Israeli drone struck a group of people near Al Jalaa Street in western Gaza City. A woman was also shot in the Halawa displacement camp in northern Gaza, while several others were wounded by heavy Israeli gunfire east of Beit Lahia.
Israeli artillery also shelled areas east of Jabalia, north of Bureij refugee camp and near the Wadi Gaza bridge. Israeli naval boats opened fire off the coast of Rafah in southern Gaza.
The latest aggression comes amid continued Israeli airstrikes, artillery fire and gunfire across the territory. Palestinian authorities say dozens of civilians, including women, children and whole families, have been among those killed and wounded.
A ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas took effect in October 2025, but Palestinian sources say Israeli forces have continued to carry out attacks in breach of the truce.
