Palestinian Child Martyred in West Bank; Occupation Army Says Warplane Was Hit by Anti-Tank Missile

Occupied Jerusalem, The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced Saturday the martyrdom of a child from the town of Zeita, north of Tulkarm in the occupied West Bank, due to injuries sustained from Israeli occupation forces’ gunfire during clashes near the separation barrier west of the town, bringing the tally of martyrs in Tulkarm to six since Friday.

Various parts of the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem witnessed daily confrontations, raids, and incursions by Israeli occupation forces. The frequency of these incidents has increased this week in conjunction with the destructive Israeli airstrikes on the Gaza Strip, resulting in over 50 martyrs in the West Bank since last Saturday.

In the Gaza Strip, the Israeli occupation’s air force conducted a series of violent airstrikes across all areas of the Gaza Strip, targeting civilian homes, the vicinity of some hospitals, and residential towers.

The Israeli occupation army reported that an air force plane was hit by an anti-tank missile launched from the G
aza Strip. They also announced the destruction of three military vehicles near the separation fence east of Khan Younis.

Despite warnings from United Nations agencies about the consequences of the violent Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, which has been ongoing for the eighth consecutive day, in conjunction with a stifling blockade that includes water and electricity cuts, the occupation continues its obstinacy and refuses to allow any humanitarian aid, medical supplies, or food into the region. Furthermore, they persist in their plan to displace and evacuate over one million Palestinians from the northern part of the Gaza Strip to the south.
