Beirut: HE Speaker of the Parliament of the sisterly Republic of Lebanon, Nabih Berri, met Thursday with HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Lebanon, Sheikh Saud bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani. The meeting involved discussions on bilateral relations and explored ways to support and strengthen these ties, alongside addressing developments in Lebanon and the broader region.

According to Qatar News Agency, HE the Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament expressed appreciation for the State of Qatar's ongoing efforts to support Lebanon. He praised Qatar's steadfast support for the Lebanese people during challenging times. HE the Ambassador reiterated the State of Qatar's unwavering commitment to aiding Lebanon, particularly given the current challenges the country is facing.
