Doha: Palestine qualified for the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2025 after defeating their Libyan counterparts 4-3 on penalties, following a goalless draw in regular time in the match that took place on Tuesday at Thani bin Jassim Stadium as part of the preliminary round matches.
According to Qatar News Agency, Palestine secured its place in the tournament finals, joining Group A, which includes Qatar, Tunisia, and Syria.
Palestine will play the opening match against the host Qatar on Dec. 1st at Al Bayt Stadium.
