Doha: The Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) "30" index saw an upswing on Tuesday, closing at 7,507.94 points. This marked a rise of 41.2 points, or 0.55 percent, compared to the previous session's closure at 7,466.71 points.

According to Qatar News Agency, the total trading value experienced a decline, reaching OMR 46,591,249. This represents a decrease of 12.9 percent from the prior trading session, which recorded a total of OMR 53,515,851. Despite the drop in trading value, the market capitalization showed a positive trend, increasing by 0.275 percent from the last trading day, and achieved approximately OMR 36.73 billion.
