Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange 30 index closed Thursday at 7,295.45 points, marking an increase of 18.25 points, or 0.25 percent, from the previous trading session, which concluded at 7,277.20 points.

According to Qatar News Agency, the trading value for the day reached OMR 42,860,614, reflecting a decrease of 22.3 percent compared to the last session's trading value of OMR 55,182,726. Despite the drop in trading value, the Muscat Stock Exchange reported an increase in market value by 0.154 percent, bringing it to approximately OMR 37.64 billion.
