Tripoli: Libyan Interior Minister Imad Al Tarabulsi met Monday in Tripoli with Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya to discuss ways to enhance security cooperation between the two countries.

According to Qatar News Agency, discussions during the meeting dealt with aspects of joint coordination in several areas, including training and capacity-building programs aimed at developing the capabilities of Libyan Interior Ministry personnel. The talks also addressed issues related to combating illegal immigration, securing borders, and benefiting from Turkish expertise in this field.
