Kuwait city: Kuwaiti Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al Ahmad Al Sabah and his counterpart of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan discussed regional updates over the phone on Sunday.
