Kuwait city: The State of Kuwait has condemned in the strongest terms the Iranian attack that targeted the building of the United States of America's Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In a statement, the Ministry emphasized the seriousness of the incident and its implications for international relations and diplomatic safety. According to Qatar News Agency, the Ministry's statement described the attack as a flagrant violation of all international norms and rules, including the Geneva Conventions of 1949 and the Vienna Convention of 1961 on Diplomatic Relations. These conventions grant immunity to diplomatic premises and their staff, ensuring their protection even in cases of armed conflict. The statement further confirmed that the State of Kuwait stands side by side with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in all measures it takes to safeguard its security, territorial integrity, and citizens.
