Israeli Occupation Authorities Establish New Settlement in West Bank

Jenin: The Israeli occupation authorities on Monday created a new settlement dubbed "Noa", south of the Ganim and Kadim settlements, established on Palestinian land southeast of Jenin in the occupied West Bank.

According to Qatar News Agency, the creation ceremony was attended by several Israeli officials, in a move that demonstrates rising Israeli official support for settlement expansion in the occupied Palestinian territories.

This action comes in the wake of the escalating Israeli colonial project in the northern West Bank, particularly in areas where settlements had been removed in 2005 under the "separation" plan.

Over the past period, the region has witnessed the creation of colonial outposts and an expansion of leveling operations, as well as land clearance and the impounding of Palestinian lands.
