Doha: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani has honored the country's top-achieving male high school students for the 2025-26 academic year.

According to Qatar News Agency, the recognition took place Monday at the Amiri Diwan where HH the Amir emphasized the importance of the students' academic achievements. He encouraged them to continue developing their knowledge and skills to contribute to the State of Qatar's development. His Highness commended the ability of Qatari talent to excel, meet different challenges, and manage crises, wishing the students success in their future studies and careers.

HH the Amir also highlighted the crucial role that families and schools play in preparing young people and helping them achieve their ambitions. He praised parents and educators for their efforts in supporting the students' achievements.

Meanwhile, the honorees expressed their happiness at meeting HH the Amir, stating that his recognition of their success would motivate them to pursue their ambitions and contribute to the service and development of the State of Qatar.

The ceremony was attended by HE Chief of the Amiri Diwan Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Khulaifi and HE Minister of Education and Higher Education Lolwah Al Khater.
