GWC Expands Regional Footprint with New Qatar and UAE Subsidiaries

Doha: Qatar-based logistics provider Gulf Warehousing Company (GWC) has announced the establishment of new subsidiaries in Qatar and the United Arab Emirates, alongside the rebranding of one of its existing companies, as part of efforts to strengthen its regional presence and expand its logistics services portfolio.

According to Qatar News Agency, the company stated in a release on the Qatar Stock Exchange website that these initiatives are in line with its long-term strategy to diversify business activities, improve operational capabilities, and broaden its logistics offerings across key regional markets.

GWC clarified that it does not anticipate these developments to have any material impact on the group's financial statements. The company confirmed the creation of GWC Biosafe for Hazardous Transportation WLL in Qatar and GWC Express Trading LLC in the United Arab Emirates. Additionally, it announced that Prime Inspection Services has been renamed GWC Busulba Logistics Services LLC in Qatar.

As part of its expansion into specialized logistics services, the group has also established GWC Energy Logistics LLC - Sharjah Branch 1 in the UAE. These moves underscore GWC's ongoing focus on growing its regional logistics network and reinforcing its position in sectors requiring specialized transport and supply chain solutions.
