HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Paraguay Julio Cesar Arriola met with HE Acting Charge D’affaires of the Embassy of the State of Qatar to Paraguay Saeed bin Hamad Al Marri.
The meeting reviewed the bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
