Bangkok:HE Minister of Finance Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari met with HE Minister of Finance of the People's Republic of China Lan Fo'an. This meeting took place on the sidelines of the Annual Meetings of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank Group in Bangkok, Kingdom of Thailand.

According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions between the two finance ministers covered a range of financial and economic issues. They also addressed current regional and international developments and the challenges associated with them, focusing particularly on matters of mutual interest between Qatar and China.
