Erdogan and Zelensky discuss establishing safe corridors for grain exports across the Black Sea

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky discussed the developments of the Russian-Ukrainian war and aspects related to establishing safe corridors for the export of grain across the Black Sea.

In a telephone conversation with Zelensky today, Erdogan expressed his wishes for peace in Ukraine, pointing to the continuation of work on the United Nations plan to deliver Ukrainian grain to world markets.

Erdogan stressed the need to resolve the Ukrainian-Russian crisis through diplomatic means and keep the negotiating table available to achieve this purpose.
