Bahrain Intercepts New Wave of Iranian Aerial Attacks

Doha: Bahrain announced today that its air defense systems had intercepted a new wave of Iranian aerial attacks. In a statement, the General Command of the Bahrain Defence Force stated that Iran was continuing a systematic hostile campaign through attacks targeting civilians in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Citizens were urged to exercise caution, avoid approaching suspicious or unidentified objects resulting from the attacks, and report them immediately to the authorities.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Royal Field Engineering Unit is dealing with the unexploded remnants and reaffirmed that all military units remain fully prepared to defend the country. The use of missiles and drones to target civilians and private property was described as a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law.

Bahrain has been subjected to missile and drone attacks launched from Iran for several days, with the General Command stating that the country's air defense systems have successfully intercepted the incoming attacks.
