According to Qatar News Agency, the S and P 500 rose 136.02 points, or 1.79%, to close at 7,736.52. The Nasdaq Composite gained 671.09 points, or 2.59%, to end the session at 26,584.99. The Dow Jones Industrial Average advanced 907.47 points, or 1.71%, to close at 54,085.88.
