New York:US stocks on Wall Street fell today as oil prices and Treasury yields rose.

According to Qatar News Agency, preliminary data showed that the S&P 500 decreased by 59.00 points, or 0.76 percent, closing at 7,684.41.

The Nasdaq Composite saw a decline of 246.62 points, or 0.91 percent, ending at 26,822.09.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average also fell, dropping 343.78 points, or 0.66 percent, to finish at 51,484.84.
