US Central Command Executes Strategic Strikes on Iranian Military Sites

Doha: The US Central Command (CENTCOM) announced Tuesday that it had completed its latest wave of strikes against Iran.

According to Qatar News Agency, CENTCOM stated that US forces executed a five-hour mission targeting multiple military sites across Iran. The targeted locations included Bushehr, Chabahar, Jask, Konarak, Abu Musa, and Bandar Abbas, as part of an operation aimed at reducing Iran's capacity to threaten commercial shipping in the region.

In its statement, CENTCOM specified that the US forces utilized precision-guided munitions to strike Iranian coastal defense systems, missile and drone installations, as well as maritime capabilities. The operation was designed to further degrade Iran's military infrastructure and its ability to launch attacks.

CENTCOM emphasized that US forces remain vigilant and ready to respond to any threats, highlighting their ongoing commitment to maintaining security in the region.
