His Excellency Ahmed Hatem Al Menhali, UAE Ambassador to Mexico, held a meeting with His Excellency Victor Villalobos Arambula, Mexican Secretary of Agriculture and Rural Development. Both sides reviewed opportunities for bilateral cooperation, particularly in the field of food security and agricultural innovation, in addition to modern agricultural technology. Moreover, the importance of bilateral cooperation and investment opportunities in the food security field were discussed.
His Excellency Villalobos attended the meeting with a delegation of numerous businessmen and company owners to present on available projects in the field of food security. The possibility of signing a memorandum of understanding between the two countries in this field was also addressed. His Excellency the Minister underscored the importance of this in strengthening bilateral cooperation in the agricultural sector, which will contribute to advancing bilateral interests and further enhancing ties.
