Baghdad, Speaker of the Qatari Shura Council, Hassan bin Abdullah Al-Ghanim, praised Iraq’s distinguished efforts to make the Arab Parliamentary Conference a success.

During his departure from Baghdad International Airport, he stressed Qatar’s keenness on the security and stability of Iraq and non-interference in its internal affairs.

For his part, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Shakhwan Abdullah, expressed his gratitude for Al-Ghanim’s participation in the 34th conference of the Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union, praising Qatar’s keenness to support Iraq to enhance stability and continue coordination and fruitful cooperation between the two brotherly countries.
