The third International Conference on Smart Grid and Renewable Energy (SGRE 2022) opened yesterday, Sunday, in Doha, in conjunction with the seventh General Conference of the Arab Union of Electricity, amid a large local and international presence in the two events.
HE President of Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa) Eng. Essa bin Hilal Al Kuwari, said that the organisation of the two conferences, in addition to the accompanying exhibitions, at the same time and location, represents a valuable opportunity to meet and interact with specialists.
He added that the total number of participants in these simultaneous events amounted to more than 600 specialists and interested persons, while the number of submitted papers that will be presented in them reached 120 working papers, in addition to organizing 13 specialized workshops covering the most relevant topics.
