Suffocation Injuries, Arrests during Clashes with Occupation Forces in West Bank

A number of Palestinians suffered suffocation from toxic fumes on Thursday, during the Israeli occupation forces’ raid on the town of Beit Ummar, north of Hebron, in the West Bank.

Palestinian news agency (WAFA) reported that occupation forces raided the Za’ta area, located eastern town, and arrested former prisoner Mohamed Ahmad Abu Maria, 27, after searching his house and messing with its contents.

WAFA added that clashes broke between the youths and the occupation force, during which poisonous gas bombs were fired, causing a number of citizens to suffer suffocation.

In the same context, the occupation forces stormer Orif village, south of Nablus, arresting a Palestinian after raiding his house. They also arrested a Palestinian from the town of Deir Ballut, west of Salfit, a Palestinian from Nablus, and two other Palestinians from the Qalandiya refugee camp, North of Jerusalem. (QNA)
