Within the framework of the joint cooperation between the Regulatory Authority for Charitable Activities (RACA) and the Excellence Center for Training and Consulting at Doha Institute for Graduate Studies, the Center launched last June a set of specialized training programs that will continue until the end of the year 2021.
These programs are concerned with providing trainees with vital and realistic skills in their field of work, with the participation of approximately 200 employees from RACA.
The training programs include a set of specialized courses aimed at developing participants’ knowledge and skills in the areas of time and work stress management, risk management, job etiquette, creativity and leadership thinking, in addition to others.
