Settlers stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque on Sunday under the protection of the Israeli occupation police.

Palestinian news agency (WAFA) said that various groups of settlers broke into Al-Aqsa Mosque from the Mughrabi Gate, carried out provocative tours at its courtyards, and performed Talmudic rituals.

The occupation police turned the Old City of Occupied Jerusalem into a military barracks, tightened their military measures and imposed restrictions on the entry of Palestinian worshipers, while hundreds of police officers were deployed at close distances, especially at the gates of Al-Aqsa.
