HE Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Ahmed bin Hassan Al Hammadi met on Wednesday with HE Chairperson of the Executive Council of Islamic Organization for Food Security (IOFS) Dr. Masoud Jarallah Al Marri, and HE Director General of IOSF Dr. Yerlan Baidaulet.

During the meeting, they reviewed relations of cooperation between the State of Qatar and the Islamic Organization for Food Security.

It is noteworthy that IOFS has announced, during the fifth meeting of its General Assembly held in Oct. 11 in Tunis, that Qatar had won the presidency of the Executive Council of the organization for the period of three years, which is the culmination of the country’s outstanding efforts in the field of supporting and strengthening the food security in Islamic countries.
