Qatar University (QU) has announced opening the door for the submission of student financial aid service applications for the fall 2021 semester. This is one of student services that QU provides for undergraduate students who encounter financial difficulties in covering their education-related expenses.
This service provides different types of financial aid for certain student categories and they have been allocated to support their empowerment and success in QU, in accordance with specific policies and procedures based on academic and financial status, and they are as follows, according to the QU website:
- Monthly financial aid
- Emergency financial aid
- Full or partial exemption from transportation fees
- Full or partial exemption from tuition fees
- Full or partial exemption from QU housing fees
- External funding financial aid programs in collaboration with some partner institutions and charities
