Doha: The Qatar Stars League (QSL) has announced the schedule for the Qatar Cup 2026, the rescheduled edition of the tournament initially planned for the 2025-2026 season. This prestigious event will feature the top four clubs from the final standings of the 2025-2026 Doha Bank Stars League, namely Al Sadd, Al Shamal, Al Rayyan, and Al Gharafa. According to Qatar News Agency, the two semifinal matches are slated for September 1, 2026. The Khalifa International Stadium will serve as the venue for the clash between Al Sadd and Al Gharafa, while the Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium, home to the Al Sadd club, will host the encounter between Al Shamal and Al Rayyan. The QSL has also confirmed the date for the final match, which is set to take place on December 11, 2026, at the Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium. In accordance with the tournament regulations, should any match conclude in a draw after regulation time, penalty kicks will be employed to determine the winner.
