QSE Index Rises 13.14 Points at Beginning of Wednesday’s Trading

Qatar Stock Exchange index rose 13.14 points, or 0.13%, at the beginning of its Wednesday’s trading, to reach the level of 10,338 points compared to the end of Tuesdays trading.

The positive performance of QSE general index was supported by a rise in Real Estate by 0.54%; Industrials by 0.37%, Consumer Goods and Services by 0.05%, Banks and Financial Services by 0.02%, and Transportation by 0.01%. Meanwhile, Telecoms remained unchanged at 0.00%, and Insurance declined by 1.14%.

At 10:00 am, Qatar Stock Exchange recorded 1,940 transactions worth QR 49.671 million, distributed to 20.027 million shares.
