Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index closed Thursday's trading session with a decline of 90.28 points, or 0.92 percent, settling at 9,682.57 points.
According to Qatar News Agency, the session witnessed the trading of 120,133,644 shares, amounting to a total value of QAR 332,661,727.354 across 22,097 transactions in various sectors. The trading activity saw the shares of 15 companies advance, while 34 companies experienced a decline in their share prices, and three companies' shares remained unchanged.
By the end of the trading day, the market capitalization was reported at QAR 581,636,454,991.814, marking a decrease from the previous session's market cap of QAR 585,998,620,548.106.
