QOC employees competences training program begins

DOHA – The second edition of the QOC employees  competences training program (Olympic Principles) has begun at the Doha Institute For Graduate Studies Headquarters on Sunday.

 

The five-day training program is organized by  the Qatar Olympic Committee’s Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Department in cooperation with Doha Institute For Graduate Studies  and will last from 22nd  to 26th  of May.

 

Almost, 26 trainees from the QOC’s heads of sections and units are participating  in the program. By the end of this course, trainees will submit  an integrated work project titled (My Global Qatari Identity) to build an advanced criteria that will reflect the Qatari identity globally.

 

In the course opening session, Dr. Mona Babti from training Department of Excellence Center For Training and Consulting and Dr. Ashraf Al Saqa Matar , Media Consultant and Training Expert have discussed the Olympic principles through a creative concept .

 

The two experts briefed  the trainees about  the course’s basic objectives,  which includes , setting up organizational networks and  building up human relations in the  committee, how to manage the challenges , how to establish  a formative identity of the QOC staff and how  to enhance a global concept through a Qatari identity.

 

Dr. Mona also briefed trainees the way to achieve the international goals by understanding how others do think ? and what advanced skills needed by others to deal with the committee?.

 

In a post – first session statement, Mrs. Lolwa Al Kuwari – Head of Knowledge Management Unit at QOC  said this training course will help me to think throughout  the mentality of others. It adopts a creative ,  interactive and different style to describe the concept of Olympic principle.

 

“ I have a true  chance to transfer these new creative ideas into my work environment and that why I could help everyone to serve the interest of QOC”. Added Mrs. Al Kuwari.
