Doha: The Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) announced the signing of a cooperation agreement with the Qatar Finance and Business Academy (QFBA), aimed at strengthening institutional partnership in the fields of training and development. According to Qatar News Agency, the agreement focuses on delivering specialized programs and workshops that enhance the administrative, leadership, and financial capabilities of national professionals in the sports sector. The agreement was signed by Hamad Lahdan Al Muhannadi, Director of Support Services at the QOC, and Dr. Khalifa Al Salahi Al Yafei, CEO of QFBA. The collaboration aims to explore new avenues in financial planning, administrative leadership, and governance by offering customized training solutions that align with the QOC's institutional needs. This initiative is expected to improve performance quality and boost the efficiency of human capital. Under the agreement, both parties will organize joint workshops and training programs, exchange expertise in human res ource development, institutional management, and consultancy services. They will also activate strategies for sports marketing consistent with international best practices and standards. Al Muhannadi emphasized that this agreement reflects the QOC's commitment to building effective strategic partnerships with leading national institutions in finance, business, and management. This effort aligns with the goal of advancing institutional excellence and investing in human resources, in alignment with the Qatar National Vision 2030. Al Yafei stated that the memorandum marks a significant milestone in the Academy's journey to expand its national partnerships, contributing to the empowerment and readiness of Qatari talent across various fields.
