Hanoi:The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index saw an increase on Monday, gaining 101.91 points or 1.15 percent to close at 8,976.64.

According to Qatar News Agency, the trading volume reached 94,861,813 shares, with a turnover amounting to QAR 253,506,267.541 through 20,526 transactions across all sectors.

During the session, the shares of 30 companies advanced, while 18 companies experienced a decline. Meanwhile, five companies maintained their previous closing prices.

The market capitalization at the end of trading was QAR 545,519,750,129.892, up from QAR 539,796,505,29.014 in the previous session.
