Doha:The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) Index began Tuesday's trading session with a decrease of 50.77 points, or 0.54%, bringing it down to 9359 points, as five sectors posted losses.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Consumer Goods and Services sector saw a positive performance with an increase of 0.36%, and the Real Estate sector rose by 0.26%. In contrast, the Insurance sector fell by 0.05%, Industrials by 0.34%, Telecoms by 0.54%, Banks and Financial Services by 0.76%, and Transport by 0.88%.
By 1000 am, trading volume on the QSE amounted to QR 40.903 million, with 17.512 million shares being traded across 3415 transactions.
