Qatar Stock Exchange trading started Thursday with a rise, as the general index gained 16.89 points, or 0.17% to reach the level of 10089 points.

Qatar Stock Exchange data showed a positive performance with a growth of 1.26% in the real estate sector, 1.08% in the industrial sector , and 0.38% in the telecommunications sector. On the other hand, the performance was negative for the consumer goods and services sector by 0.12%, the transportation sector by 0.30%, the bank, and financial services sector by 0.41%. and the insurance sector by 2.16%.

At around 10:00 am, Qatar Stock Exchange recorded transactions worth QR 76.442 million, distributed among 34.715 million shares, with the implementation of 2743 transactions.
