Aqarat aims to launch a forum that keeps pace with the positive transformations witnessed by the sector, enhances integration among stakeholders, and opens broader horizons for building strategic partnerships and exploring investment opportunities. The fourth edition will focus on how global capital is being directed toward major restructuring of investment portfolios, driven by high-tech transformations and the search for safe havens providing sustainable returns.
The forum will highlight the tokenization of real estate assets as a modern financial tool, according to a draft law approved by the cabinet in August.
