The State of Qatar, represented by Qatar Civil Aviation Authority, participated in the Global Implementation Support Symposium (GISS 2022) held by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in Istanbul, Turkey, under the theme “Reconnecting the World: Runway to Aviation Recovery”, from 28 June to 1 July 2022.
The delegation was headed by Mr. Mohamed Faleh Al-Hajri, in charge of managing QCAA.
The aim of merging these events is to highlight the Organization’s latest digital tools, key initiatives, and collaborative endeavours to support aviation recovery after COVID-19 pandemic.
